Affiliates Profile page showing codes

The affiliate area page is showing short codes and displaying properly

    Hey iDrawMe,

Hope you're doing well today and thanks for your question

The affiliate area page is showing short codes and displaying properly

I'm assuming you meant "not displaying properly", it is just showing the actual shortcodes instead of executing them?

Have you tried temporarily swapping out to the default 2014 theme to ensure it isn't your theme conflicting? It is also worth doing a plugin test here to make sure no other plugins are causing the conflict. Especially if you have any page builder plugins, often visual editors won't support shortcodes.

If you have tried all that and it's still not working then can you grant support access and link me to your affiliate page? Then I can take a closer look

You can grant support access via admin dashboard - WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access.

    Look forward to hearing back.

    All the best,
    Tyler

    Hey iDrawMe,

I saw in this thread here that you were trying to let me know that you have granted access: https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/access-granted-for-affiliate-problem

Sorry that I missed that! Do you mind granting it again?

As Vinod mentioned in the above thread, you can respond by visiting this post in the actual website instead of through your dashboard.

So, just place this link in your browser: https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/affiliates-profile-page-showing-codes

Then login to your WPMU DEV account and you should be able to reply without any issues

Let me know when you have granted support again. Thanks for your patience here!

    All the best,
    Tyler

PS. If for any reason you can't reply still then you can contact me directly through our contact form here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/
