After having over 20 customers use this, I've run into a few questions.
1. Is there a way to require an email be verified? (Can we require the client to input the email twice, and have it check that the fields match.) I had a few customers state that they did not receive confirmation emails, and I had them check their spam. My guess is that they entered their email incorrectly.
2. Is there a way to split the 'name' field into 'First' and 'Last' Names. I found some customers only entered their first name, which for my purposes can present extra work.
