After setting up a new WP MultiSite and installing new plugins

I am getting this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 62914560 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 265782 bytes) in /homepages/28/d582075664/htdocs/clickandbuilds/My247CloudUs/wp-content/plugins/wpmudev-updates/includes/class-wpmudev-dashboard-site.php on line 997

I have already updated my /wp-admin/php.ini to this:
[PHP]
upload_max_filesize = 125M
post_max_size = 125M

Can you explain and help me fix this issue please?

    Hi Roy

    Hope you had a wonderful day.

    I updated my /wp-admin/php.ini file

    AFAIK, updating "wp-admin/php.ini" won't help.

    1. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '150M');

    2. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini
    If your line shows 32M try 150M:
    memory_limit = 150M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (150MB)

    3. If you don't have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file:
    php_value memory_limit 150M

    4. Talk to your host if you don't have access to php.ini file (if you are using a shared hosting)

    Please let us know if any of these doesn't help. We will investigate further and will love to help.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!
