    Hello Teck Seng

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

I have checked your site and it seems the issue is not related to WordPress itself. The “404” page that you’re getting doesn’t come from WordPress but from the host and that means that the host cannot find any site at the given https:// URL.

Depending on a server configuration, that might mean that either the server is configured to serve SSL content from a different folder than a non-SSL content or that it won’t “handle” SSL traffic for a given domain until a certificate is actually installed for the site (currently, there is no valid certificate for the site).

To sort that out, first try to actually install a proper, valid certificate for the site in question and see if the server “catches up” – in most cases it should then internally “tunnel” the traffic in a proper way. If that doesn’t work, you might need to get in touch with your host and ask them about the issue so they could correct this and make the server serve the content for both HTTP and HTTPS requests from the very same root folder for a given site.

    Kind regards,
