All of my working days are not showing up even when checked "yes"

I am new to Appointments+. I have watched all the tutorials and have been pulling my hair out.

I have all my working hours plugged in, but not all the days are showing up - specifically the times available on Friday and Saturday. And, when I try to add a break in on Monday (one of the days that actually shows up on the calendar), the times are incorrect. Any idea why my times are not showing up and/or are incorrect?
