All the archives deleted in my website?

Hi,

I am a bit worry because I do not know what I did in my FTP but it seems that all the archives for this website have been deleted.

This is the website with the problem:

http://www.competenciasparaelsigloxxi.com

Now it seem as a “coming soon” page, with the MOJO Marketplace page when you open.

Could I go back to previous status or it is definitely broken?

Thanks in advance for your feedback,

Virginia

    Hi @virginia,

    Thanks for the question.

Maybe you accidentally overwrite the WordPress install that domain got? It is possible to restore the site as long as the database used to build the site is still there.

    Can you please send in:

    – In the subject field add “Attn:Calvin Canas”

    – Link back to this thread

    – Include admin/network access + login url (this way you don’t need to bother enabling over and over the support access when it expires.)

    – Include FTP

    – Include any relevant URLS for your site

On the contact form, select “I have a different question“, this ensures it comes through and gets assigned to me.

Looking forward for your reply!

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Calvin,

    Sorry for the late response.

Regarding the other ticket: No., http://www.competenciasparaelsigloxxi.com should not be mapped with http://www.pruebas.demosandpolis.com.

Both are different domains. The second one is a subdomain that I did for http://www.demosandpolis.com to create a testing environment.

I sent all the details that you request in a different request. You can also close this ticket now.

Thank you for your help and support,

    Virginia
