Allow access to ticket management for main site's regular admin?

Hi, I'd like to know if it is in any way possible to let someone administer/respond to tickets (submitted from sub-sites in the network) who is not a Super Admin.

On I read: "...The Admin (or the person responsible) can then answer the user’s ticket and send a reply..." but as I can figure, it's only a Super Admin who can access the tickets manager.

What I'm looking for is to have multiple help desk collaborators without giving them (any other) Super Admin rights. Is that possible?
