Allow admins to add their own plugins & themes

How can I allow users to add their own plugins/themes. There are a lot of things out there that the wide range of WPMU does not cover and I do not want to download a lot to the main site and allow client use.

    The only way you can allow this is to give users SuperAdmin access to the Network Dashboard. All plugins installed on a WordPress multisite are stored in the same plugins folder, yoursite/wp-content/plugins. There are no individual plugin or theme folders for subsites, they all share a common folder. That means subsite admins can only access plugins that have been uploaded via the Network Dashboard.

    Does this clear things up? It's an interesting quirk about multisite.
