Membership Plugin trouble

I installed a new site and tried to register some test accounts with membership plugin but anti-splog plugin gave error. I deleted it and reinstalled it. I did not take note of the error but it's no longer showing. The problem is now it broke the membership plugin. I only get the buddypress signups only.

Antisplog appears to be working ok but now the membership plugin is not.

Again this is a brand new wp 3.0.2, buddypress 1.2.6 and bp-daily 3.9.2 theme installation.

If this is a matter of deleting anti splog from my database, detailed instructions will be appreciated.

Help appreciated.

During reinstall I noticed that now in wp 3.0.2 that this gets added automatically to .htaccess but not sure if it was added before or after adding the line define('WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true); to the wp-config.

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

I assume I have to keep that entry anyway and then just add the following to the bottom of it to complete the network installation

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # uploaded files
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$2 [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $2 [L]
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(.*\.php)$ $2 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]

So of course now I have both entries in my .htaccess. If this is wrong please confirm.

    Thanks

Ok I installed a whole new fresh version of wordpress from scratch
    wp 3.0.2, buddypress 1.2.6 and bp-daily 3.9.2 theme
And the membership is still not working.

    Membership (Enabled)
Visitor and Free Membership Levels (Activated)
    Free Membership (Activated)
    Free Membership Subscription (Indefinite)
    Free Subscription Gateway (Activated)
    Edit Options Level (Visitor)
    Use Subscription (Free Membership)
    Registration Page (Signup)

All I get is the default buddypress activated, activation email sent, etc. but not your membership plugin. It's as if it's not even installed.

    Attaching Server errorr log

Not sure if it has anything to do with the mod rewrite I stated above. It's the only thing i noticed in the installation that was different.

    Please help!!!

Ok, put all the error log/htacess stuff aside for now, as it's unrelated. We're only interested in PHP errors.

All I get is the default buddypress activated, activation email sent, etc. but not your membership plugin. It's as if it's not even installed.

Can you describe in more details what you think is not working correctly? Have you visited your selected subscribe page where the registration form should be?
