Any attempt to run

Any attempt to run a full backup ends in <empty response>

Other sites on the same shared host are able to successfully backup

Checked and removed old large files, excluded 2 mp4 video files from backup. DB cleanup. Re-installed latest version of WP (re-install version 4.9.8). Disabled all plugins - except WPMU dashboard and snapshot pro - no change.

    Hello Dale Fitch

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

This would most likely be related in some way to plugin/site causing server resources to be exhausted but I'll need to do some checks on it to be able to say/do something more specific.

I would need to test the site and for this I would need full access to both site's back-end and its installation.

Note: Don't leave your login details in this ticket.
Instead, you can send us your details using our contact form https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question and the template below:

    - FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - cPanel credentials (host/username/password)
    - Folder path to site in question
    - Link back to this thread for reference
    - Any other relevant urls/info

I'll then access the site and investigate the issue.
