[App +] Only one option of four is available for booking.

I am using Appointment + to add booking option in my site. I have a total of four booking option in which the only one works now. This was working fine before, suddenly it stopped working. Could you help me to fix this up?

    Hope you are doing good today.

    I notice in your Appointments settings you have 4 services and only 1 service provider.
    I see only two cases which could cause this issue:

    1. you delete other service providers and services are not assign to any providers but stil display in select.

    2. you un-attach services from this (only one) service provider and only one display.

    If this was case nr 2 you can simply fix that by editing this service provider:
    Go to Appointments -> Settings -> Providers.
    Edit this current service provider.
    In section: Services Provided open select and attach other services.
    This should fix the issue.
