We have just purchased this plugin and would like to clarify some of the functionality and possible issues:-
1. When editing any appointment in the Admin panel, including just changing from pending to confirmed, the appointment time is reset to 12:00 a.m. and you have to check and reselect the time of the appointment otherwise the appointment is set to this time.
2. When changing the appointment status from pending to confirm in the Admin panel an email is not automatically sent to the customer unless the send email box for the specific appointment is checked even though the general settings is set to send an email notification on confirmation.
3. No email notification is sent if an appointment's status is changed to removed, even if the send notification email box is checked.
4. In the Admin panel you can double book a Service Provider or book appointments to their time off without any warning message
