Appointment+ exceptions not working

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to add December 31 (new year's eve) to my calendar exceptions, but it's not sticking.

I'm thinking this might be because it's already December 31 where you are, even tho it's only noon on December 30 in San Francisco.

If that's not the case, what' wrong? I'd love to close my appointments for tomorrow and New Year's Day.

    I bring good news! As it turns out, the reason why those dates weren't being blocked out was due to the fact that you were trying to block out the dates for "No specific provider", instead of blocking out the dates for the service provider you created.

    I've taken care of blocking out those dates for you, so you can now enjoy New Year's Eve & New Year's Day without having to worry about appointments coming in.
