Appointment Pending Notification

Would like to get some advise for any quick workaround to send notification to users who books an appointment, when it's in pending status, and also if possible send a customized email to the admin for pending appointments.

Would like to see if there is any quick workaround to make this work.

    Hello Ava,

I'm checking this with the developer to see whether there is any quick workaround, will keep you posted shortly, once I get an update regarding this.

Please do note that developers work round the clock with many critical issues, and hence have a slow response time. Either myself, or the developer will keep you updated asap.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Ava ,

    Apologies for delay here.

You can try using the snippet from here:
    https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/d8a52ab2f8eb33af76fcae93c4d6abd4

You can download that file and modify the content as you wish. It contains 5 variables that you can use:
    {%USERNAME%} for user's name
{%SERVICE_NAME%} for the name of the service
{%APP_DATE%} for the date of the appointment
{%APP_PRICE%} for the price of the service
    and
{%WORKER_NAME%} for the name of the service provider

You can also create a new content and then use the wp_mail function again to send to admin.

Once done with modifications you can upload file to your wp-content/mu-plugins folder (if that folder doesn't exist you can simply create it).

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers!
