Good afternoon, the bug I found is as follows:
When a user creates an appointment, sets the date/time and inputs data for 3 Additional Fields' questions.
The appointment gets reserved in the calendar for the date/time requested and the Additional Fields data is saved
However, if an administrator opens the event from within the Appointments+ dashboard AND changes a field (for example an Event Title text field to rename the event) then the entire appointment time gets reset to 12:00 am on the same day and the slot is freed in the calendar so that anyone else can claim that slot.
We currently have the plugin active and a prompt resolution would be much appreciated. Thanks.
