[Appointments+] Appointments going straight to Removed status

My client has Appointments+ installed. He has had several appointments that have gone straight to Removed status, instead of staying in Pending until Confirmed.

I have not been able to duplicate the issue despite repeated testing.

The client receives an email notification for each new appointment. He clicks on the link in the email, which opens the site with the list of Pending appointments. Only the new appointment is not under Pending, it's under Removed.

I'd like to know if a) anyone else has experienced this and b) do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this, because I'm at a loss.

It's been going on for a few months.

    I hope you're well and thank you for your question!

    There's a setting in Appointments that automatically disables (so moves to "removed":wink: pending (not confirmed) appointments after the set amount of time which by default is 60 minutes. I think you cannot replicate this because you're most likely checking appointment list right after making a test booking and you'd need to wait to be able to see them removed :slight_smile:

    You can disable that option. To do this, please go to "Appointments -> Settings -> General" page and in "Time" section scroll down to "Disable pending appointments after (mins)" option and put "0" in there. Setting the value to "0" will disable "auto removing" entirely:
