Appointments+ confirmation email not sent to Service provider

Hi there, for some changing of configuration I've done, the confirmation email is not received by the service provider - is it sent ? The provider email is listed in the confirmation email I've received as an Admin.
Following other threads here, I've tried to make sure the settings are right:

But still. It worked at some point but then broke somehow.

Both Admin and provider emails are mine.
I open support access too.

I hope we'll be able to solve this during the week...
