Appointments Confirmation Email subject line

Before our latest update of Appointments+, our admin received confirmation emails with the username and service requested as the subject line. After we ran the update, the subject line now states, New Appointment. In the dashboard, the site is configured to show:

Island Fresh Laundry: SERVICE for CLIENT.

This subject line is what I receive as the client. I've attached screenshots of the old and new subject lines. Any ideas?
