Appointments+ debug error

Hi,

I've noticed there is an error logged in debug.log (when debugging is on) after a new appointment has been created by a logged in user, with a valid email address filled out in the appointment form:

[17-Oct-2017 17:42:15 UTC] WP_Error Object

            [wp_mail_failed] => Array

                )

        )

                            [0] =>

                    [subject] =>
                    [message] =>
                    [headers] => Array
                        (
                            [MIME-Version] => 1.0
                        )

                    [attachments] => Array
                        (
                        )

                    [phpmailer_exception_code] => 2
                )

        )

)

Seems like this is about an email that should be sent to the visitor/user, not the service provider...

Is this a bug or something missing in my settings somewhere?

    Hello RavanH,

    I hope you are well today.

    I'm afraid I've been unable to replicate this issue on my known good test site. It seems like something might be interfering with PHPMailer on your setup. In order to help you better with your issue, would you please grant me access to your site?

    You can learn how to grant WPMU DEV Support Access at the following link:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

    Please reply back here once you've enabled access so I will be notified.

    Best regards,

    James Morris

    I've been looking into this and I'm not seeing anything in your configuration that would cause these symptoms. Everything looks good in WP Admin. I'm afraid I'm going to need to do some deeper debugging.
