Went through trooubleshooting. All plugin s off except APP+, still had issue. Turned ALL plugins off, no issue. Only happens with APP+ turned on.

    Hi John,

Went through trooubleshooting. All plugins off except APP+, still had issue. Turned ALL plugins off, no issue. Only happens with APP+ turned on.

Thanks for confirming. It helps us in the troubleshooting process.

I checked the ID on facebook graph API and it's returning the same error:
    https://graph.facebook.com/170713183042873
Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

So I think, this is more from facebook end rather your site end. I've been searching with this issue and found couple of suggestions in the Internet:
    # The problem is with the Graph API. Whats funny is that you can make POST request with the same parameters (you have to add something to change like message='TEST' and it will allow you to edit the post if you access token is working.
    # You are only supposed to get data from users who authorized your App. Authorized them, get their App Scoped ID and name with the /me endpoint.

When you are getting this error, are you logged in facebook at the same time? If yes, can you please make sure that facebook user has granted all required permission to this app?

I could tell you better about the issue if I could see it live, check your current configuration and make some tests on your site. Would you mind allowing Support Access so we can have a closer look at this? If you also provide an step by step guide for how we can see this live or regenerate this error on our test site, that will help the troubleshoot process very much.

To enable support access you can follow this guide here:

I'm looking forward to hear from you and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

    Rupok,

Glad you're seeing the error also. I have logged out of Facebook in all browsers and the problem still exists. Again, it only happens when Appointments+ is active. Otherwise, there is no issue whatsoever. I have enabled support access. Feel free to look around. The page you can use for testing is macsperts.com/make-an-appointment.
