I turned in a trouble ticket on this last week and had one suggestion sent by Adam Czajczyk, but it didn't solve the problem and I provided access and him know that his suggestions didn't solve the problem and no one has responded. I have appointment ranges of 1 hour, 90 minutes & 2 hours with 30 minute increments possible with a 1 hour padding at the end of each appointment to allow for cleanup.
The calendar shown to clients shows appointments only available at 2 hour increments, not the 30 minute increments I had set for the base time. Even when I remove the padding and change the time required for each appointment (adding 60 minutes after each) it doesn't show properly.
