[Appointments+] Issue with Appointments+ Plugin in iphone 5, iphone 5s and iphone SE

Issue with Appointments+ Plugin in iphone 5, iphone 5s and iphone SE. We are not able to select date from the calendar in these devices in iphone. We are using this on homepage of the website.

    Could you please try the following CSS snippet?

    @media screen and (max-width: 375px) {
    .entry-content tr td, body.et-pb-preview #main-content .container tr td {
    padding: 6px 4%;
    }
    .entry-content thead th, .entry-content tr th, body.et-pb-preview #main-content .container thead th, body.et-pb-preview #main-content .container tr th {
    padding: 9px 4%;
    }
    }

    You can insert it in your child-theme’s style.css file, or in your theme options (if there’s a custom CSS section), or using the customizer via Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

    Let us know, if that made any difference. Please keep in mind that I wasn’t able to test this using a physical device, but Chrome’s responsive dev tools.

    Hi ,

    The real issue occurs when we open website link from facebook page. It opens the website in Facebook In-App browser and in that browser calendar is not allowing to select date and time. Please let me know if we can fix this.

    Hope you’re doing well!

    I could reproduce the issue on your site, but not on my site. There are few mix content errors in the developer console showing up. Let’s fix these first to make sure these are not causing issues. Please install and activate WordPress Force HTTPS plugin:

    Also, please update the Appointmenst+ plugin to the latest version. Make sure to run site’s backup before an update. You can create back up with the Snapshot Pro plugin.

    I hope you are doing well!

    Would you please run a quick test for a conflict with another plugin and theme? Deactivate all other plugins, besideAppointmenst and test if the isue still persist. Uf the issue still there, please switch to default WordPress theme. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.
