[Appointments+] No Emails are sent


no emails are sent from the Plugin.

Where can i check that function?

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    Can you confirm that it’s only the Appointments+ plugin affected by this? You can check it easily e.g. by using “Lost password” option on WP login page to get a password reminder e-mail and see if “core” WP mails are being delivered properly.

    If they are not delivered too, that would mean most probably a server side issue which in most cases can be solved by switching standard WP mail routine to use SMTP. Here are some plugins that would be useful:



    However, if “core” e-mails are correctly delivered, that would suggest a different issue. In such case please enable support access to the site so I could take a closer look.

    To do this, please go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support” page in your site’s back-end, click on “Grant support access” button there and let me know here when it’s done.

    I will then access the site and investigate this.
