Appointments+ Not Emailing Service Provider

When clients make an appointment the plugin is not emailing the service provider. The email to the client is being sent. In our use case we're booking 1-hour tours of a school campus with the admissions director. She can take 3 families per tour so we've set up 2 dummy service providers and set the checkbox A+->settings->general to forward those sp's emails to her.

When I view an appointment, it says "no specific provider"
