When clients make an appointment the plugin is not emailing the service provider. The email to the client is being sent. In our use case we’re booking 1-hour tours of a school campus with the admissions director. She can take 3 families per tour so we’ve set up 2 dummy service providers and set the checkbox A+->settings->general to forward those sp’s emails to her.
When I view an appointment, it says “no specific provider”
