Appointments+ not sending email

I am facing a problem with Appointments+, no emails are sent to admin when a new appointment is made if I confirm the appointment from the plugin dashboard, the member gets the confirmation e-mail. On the logs I see

"Notification message sent to for appointment ID: 9"

But I didn't get this notification.

Already tested an SMTP plugin, plugin conflict test, made no differences.

Can you help me?

    Hello CHA,

    I did a couple of tests on your site and Appointments+ are sending emails with the pending bookings to the admin.
    Because I wasn't able to check your email, I have changed the email on your site temporary to my email address (and after tests I switched it back, so you should get an email about it).
    I received notification for admin email and also service provider:

    admin email

    sevice provider email

    So the plugin is sending those emails and they reached my inbox. There is a possibility that your inbox is filtered and those emails are going straight to spam box.
    Have you checked spam and trash on your email in case those emails are stuck there?
