Appointments not sending emails to admin and service providers

Appointments not sending emails to admin and service providers. While the following options are enabled:
Auto Confirm -> Yes
Allow service provider confirm own appointments -> Yes
Send Confirmation email -> Yes

Please advise

    hope you're doing good today! :slight_smile:

    I just tried to replicate this in a local and in a live installation, with no avail though. :thinking:
    Both admin and service provider users got their confirmation emails about the new booking.

    I can also see that there are emails sending out from Appointments+ (as you can also see here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=app_settings&tab=log) but there's no confirmation to admin or service provider users.

    Could you please try to deactivate all plugins apart from WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin and Appointments+, activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen, clear all caches and re-test this?

    Also, please double check that these emails don't end up in any spam/unwanted inboxes as I can see some custom domains set in their email addresses.
