I've been using Gravity Forms for users requesting appointments for a long time, but its time-slot selection tools are inferior to Appointments+.
One issue, however, is that the notification mail contains too little information about the person making the appointment. Just lets you know a time slot has been filled. We intake appointments, then immediately call for confirmations and to start initial insurance prep, etc. The desk that does that is used to receiving mails with all the field data, and training an entire office to use WP admin is not going to work for us.
Is there any way to go into whatever template being used to build the confirmation email and include all form fields?
