appointments plugin

appointment confirmations are not going out to customers. How to fix?

    Hi,

    First of all please upgrade to the latest version (1.1.8).

    Then please check if:
    1) You can receive any email from your website, e.g. when someone registers to your website. If yes:
    2) "confirmation email sent" lines exist in the log. If yes, emails were indeed sent. Ask clients to check their spam folders. If no:
    3) Appointments are confirmed or pending. If pending, email will not be sent.
