appointments plugin

appointment confirmations are not going out to customers. How to fix?

How long ago were the confirmations sent? Also, what type of server environment?

It’s often the case that the issue is with limits or lag time with php’s send() function and not the plugin. If you continue to experience issues, you may wish to look into implementing an SMTP plugin on your site to ensure delivery. (Incidentally, using SMTP also tends to help with deliverability.)

First of all please upgrade to the latest version (1.1.8).

    Then please check if:

    1) You can receive any email from your website, e.g. when someone registers to your website. If yes:

    2) “confirmation email sent” lines exist in the log. If yes, emails were indeed sent. Ask clients to check their spam folders. If no:

    3) Appointments are confirmed or pending. If pending, email will not be sent.
