Appointments + Plugin Email Settings


I am trying to set up this plugin for a client who wants to be able to allow clients to request an appointment without giving the appearance that it has been booked or confirmed.

They want to be able to receive the request via email and then contact the individual to confirm that the appointment time is available or schedule a different time slot as they use an in house appointment system.

My question is how can I set this up and can I change the verbiage to say, "We have received your appointment request and will contact you shortly to confirm an appointment time."?

Also, appointments have been going directly into the "Removed" area without emails being sent.

Could someone please check my settings so that the office will receive an email (they don't want emails going to the client).

I have granted access to using the WPMU DEV plugin.
