Appointments+ send cancellation without asking

Sry again but Appointments+ PlugIn now send cancellation infos via mail to clients while appointment has not been canceled nore rejected. Even worst I myself have have put in the appointment manually but haf an hour before the appointment it has send the cancellation just out of the blue. Is there any options set the wrong way. I can not find anything that might activate manual acceptance by service provider or like.
