Appointments+ service duration setup

Good morning,
We want to use the Appointments+ plugin only for reserving our HOA clubhouse so we have only one service provider "Clubhouse". We set up the service provider hours to be 8am to 11pm and created "services" for the different durations they might want to choose "one-hour clubhouse reservation, two-hour clubhouse reservation", etc. When they choose a three-hour reservation on a day when there are no reservations, for example, the available times are shown as 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm and 8pm. In reality they might want to reserve the clubhouse for three hours starting at 10am but that option is not available to them. Did we set up our services incorrectly? What would be the best way from us to offer lengthy reservation starting at any hour where the reservation would fit within the availability?
