I realize you didn't have an opportunity to work on this problem while it was happening, but Ashok's reply before closing my previous request wasn't that helpful.
He said: "13th Nov is no longer available as it is a past date. Do you have any issues with any future date? Please let us know."
I want to know WHY this happened and how we can prevent it in the future. It appears that all the FUTURE dates are OK, but the problem was that a client was unable to make an appointment on the same day.
Because we are in different time zones I get that you can't see the problem in real time, which is why I want to prevent it happening again. What might cause this?
