[Appointments+] Wrong emailaddress included in email message

The copy of the reminder email that is sent to the service provider contains the wrong emailaddress.
The reminder email contains the email as it was sent out to the client. One of the fields in that email is the emailaddress of the client.
However, in the copy email to the service provider this is replaced by the emailaddress of the service provider himself.
Can this be fixed please?
