Are FAQ's visible from the Front End?

It is a little unclear whether the FAQ’s are visible from the front end AND whether the user has to be logged in or not to view. I would vote for not having to be logged in to view but to ask a question or submit a support request I can see the need.

Also I would put a vote for the email import and reply….we use gmail today for support and looking to migrate away from that….but still have the ability to reply to issues via email. I guess similar to this
