Would the issue relating to the support access be anything to do with my changing the install location? I signed up with WPMU with thesbcollective.com/platform but now it is /experience.
Could you also look into this for me please as I have had to go down this route of sending login credentials via the contact form multiple times which only delays the support I receive.
