Auto message is not sending user-level messages

Hi, I installed auto message into multisite and activated the plugin on the main blog. I set up 2 user-level messages, one to send immediately (upon create new user) and the other after 1 day.

I've registered for a new account, confirmed the registration and received my new user confirmation from the site, but no automessage mail was sent.

It looks like there's a debug mode for this plugin, but nowhere in the admin dashboard to turn it on.

Am I missing something?

    Hi Mark,

    I hope you are well today and thanks for posting on the forum.

    I have tested it on my test site using latest version of Automessage plugin and could confirm the issue the message is not getting sent and only gets sent when i click on the Process link as shown in the attached screenshot.

    I also found in the plugin code that the plugin debug setting option value is retrieved from the option key 'automessage_debug' as following but it's saved anywhere in the plugin code.

    $debug = get_automessage_option('automessage_debug', false);

    I have notified this to the plugin developer so that it can be fixed.

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    Please grant me temporary admin access to your site by clicking "Grant Access" button in the WPMU DEV Dashboard Settings from the following path if possible.

    Admin -> WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access Tab
