Automate Timing Issue

Automate Timing was set from 3AM-4AM. But it worked on 11AM. Why this is happening?

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue that you encountered. We requested our developers to take a closer look at this and they got back to us with their findings.

    They were able to see that the backups actually started at the scheduled time, i.e. 3AM~4AM. The backup itself takes quite some time to complete. Moreover, Automate checks the status of the backup at some predefined schedules via cron and if it detects the backup as complete, it triggers the updates.

    This is why it takes such a long time for your Automate process to reach completion. In this scenario, I’d recommend you to schedule the Automate process to start about three to four hours earlier than the current schedule so that it completes within your preferred time.
