    Hello Paolo

I hope you are doing great today. I am so sorry that you are having problems with our Snapshot plugin, I hope we resolve this soon.

When creating a Snapshot on the server I see the following errors in the console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable)Redirect from '' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin '' is therefore not allowed access.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable)

The error seems to be caused by the link between your website and the OVH CDN servers. Quoting from an article I found online:

If I understood it right you are doing an XMLHttpRequest to a different domain than your page is on. So the browser is blocking it as it usually allows a request in the same origin for security reasons.

Snapshot uses the 'wp-admin/admin-ajax.php' file to do all its work when creating the backups, this file is requested via an Ajax request. But unfortunately as the console logs say, this file is blocked as a result of the error:

No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Unfortunately, Snapshot will not work without access to the admin-ajax.php file. Could you please contact your host about the blocked resources to find out if they can help unblock them to make them accessible. If OVH is a service that you sue to server your content then they may help you better because the blocked file originates from their CDN, they should add the proper headers when serving the file to avoid the the request being blocked due to security reasons.

Please contact them and see if they can help with this.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further queries and we will be always happy to help in any way possible.

    Have a nice day.
