Backup not working on site

    Hope you are doing well today.

    There are two methods of backup in the Snapshot plugin. One is the regular snapshot and the other is the Managed Backups. Can you please let us know during which backup you are getting the error?

    For creating backups in Snapshot plugin, make sure your Max Execution Time is minimum 150 as suggested in the plugin and the memory allocation is sufficient (512 will work well) for that.

    If you have less memory allocation or less max execution time, then you can refer the instructions on this page to increase that:

    Or If you are not comfortable with doing that by yourself, then please get in touch with the hosting provider so that they can increase the max execution time for you.
