Backup on Hub not working

Trying to take a backup through Hub but it’s stuck at 0%.

    Would you please check if there is any error when you try to backup from hub? To enable debug mode please go to wp-config.php and change

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    to

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    Now try to take a backup from hub. If it stucks, wait couple of hours. That will may create a file called debug.log inside wp-content folder. Open that file, check the very bottom and you will see the latest errors. Please send me those.
