Backups are not being saved into my Dropbox

I have installed Snapshot 2.2, set the folder in the application, authorized it in Dropbox. Backups are being made by the plugin and saved. However, backups are not being transferred to my Dropbox.

Really don’t know why.

Backup Name: snapshot-abogmp

Select the File backup option for this Snapshot.: Include common files.

Dropbox Only – Select Archive or Mirroring option for this Snapshot: Archive.

Database tables backup option for this Snapshot: Include all.

Backup Interval: Once Weekly (It was set 2 weeks ago.)

Maximum number of local archives: 10

My DropBox setup:

Destination Name: snapshot-abogmp

Destination Directory: abogadosdemp/snapshots

Authorized: Yes

Current Backup:

Name: snapshot-abogmp

Notes: Tables: (all), 11 core, 7 non-core

Files: (all) Themes, Plugins, Media

Interval: Once Weekly

Next: 01/05/2013 4:31 PM

Last: 12/30/2012 12:53 PM

Destination: snapshot-abogmp

Archive: (19.37M)

Archives: view (8) Latest Log: view download

Destination: 4 Pending, 4 Complete

Please help me solve this problem.

Toward the end of your information I see

    Destination: 4 Pending, 4 Complete

so looks like 4 items have been sent to Dropbox, No??

As discussed in many other places in these forums threads Snapshot requires a working WP_CRON system which itself relies on regular front-end traffic to your website. So you need to make sure your WP_CRON is not disabled. On the Snapshot > Settings page there is a panel ‘System Info’ which will tell you all the needed information about your site.

Lastly your snapshot interval is set yo weekly. So I’m assuming you have been running this for 4 weeks?
