Best use of Support System plugin

Hi guys,

I provide a maintenance support to a couple of clients and was looking to improve my flow. Currently all the requests come through via email and it has worked quite well but now I would like to give your support plugin a go. A few questions;

1. Does it work on a single site, within a multisite?
2. Can I provide access to support for the user via the use of membership2? I only want access to the front end for users, for now. Possible?

I am sure I have many more questions but let's start here :wink:
