I have a learning management system to deliver online courses which users actually register on, but I also have Wordpress multi-sites on the same domain for public information/articles. I currently use Zendesk for ticketing and help, but am contemplating at least copying the help articles/knowledge portal to a specific Wordpress site. (.com/support in my example)
It looks like Q & A and the Support plugin requires users to be registered so I'm just wondering what's the best way to create an article base/categories system that would be open to the public/students and not require they log into Wordpress? I'm not concerned about ticketing right now, I just want an easy way to create a Knowledge Central/Portal for answers to FAQ's.
I'm probably missing something simply, but am drawing a blank.
