Better Support Forum Here Please.

Am a regular visitor here almost everyday. It's overwhelming here, you get your posts push down very fast and left unattended for days or weeks because there are many more new forum posts keep coming in.

On the bright side, it is good because more customers are subscribing to WPMUDEV :slight_smile:

But, it needs to live with his reputation, so that we are proud customers that made the right decision of having a great support here to make our website the best site ever.

We can hear all the grudges here and there including me, for instance from Tracy > https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/wpmudev-support-youre-not-holding-up-your-end-of-the-bargain

Therefore, there is a need to re-look the way the forum is structured here.

    As Aaron mentioned in that thread, we've gone through a rather extensive internal review of operations here and we've worked out various ways to try and ensure that matters don't go unattended.

    We hear ya and we're definitely working at refining things!

    Yup. We're working on some tighter controls so that dropped or missed threads become a thing of the past. We've got a ways to go yet, but we realize that with a large influx of new users we need to do more to stay at the top of our game.
