    Hi Tarun Thadani

Hope you're having a wonderful day!

I've checked your site with different browsers and wasn't able to replicate this issue, all pages look fine for me. I also asked my colleagues to check it and no-one was able to replicate the issue. Could you check if it still persists for you? If so, could you tell us if there are any special steps that we'd need to do to replicate it?

Also, would you mind to grant us temporary support access to your website so we can have a better look at your setup and settings? You can grant us access via WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin, there's no need to share credentials. Here's our detailed documentation page about it:

Also now the setting tab and buttons when changing any of the users is not working properly, when logged in from the admin in the frontpage!
it was working fine before i installed all your plugins, do you think there could be some conflict?

    Hi Tarun Thadani

    Hope you're doing fine today.

Could you please describe step by step how can I replicate the issue with uploading photos?

In order to diagnose your issue, I'd request you to perform plugin conflict test.
The simplest way to perform a plugin conflict test:
    * Login to your site via FTP
    * Navigate to wp-content
    * Rename the plugins folder to _plugins
    * Create new empty plugins folder
    * Move the plugin folder you want to test from _plugins to plugins (in this case should be ultimate-member folder)
    * Check if the issue still persists. If no, then it's a conflict, proceed to the next step.
    * Then, one at a time, move other plugin folders over from _plugins to plugins until the symptom returns

NOTE: While you are doing this, do not visit WP Admin -> Plugins on your site. This will ensure that your plugins remain active when you copy them back over.

    Let us know about results.

You can send us your details through our contact form using this template:
