Blog templates error

I am receiving one error when trying to use New Blog Templates:

Insertion Error: Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes – The template was not applied. (New Blog Templates – With CREATE TABLE query for Additional Tables)

The sign up process goes through and everything works but instead of logging me in, it gives me this error (when testing the process). The strange thing is, if I actually close the page and re-open, the site has still been created and everything works fine.

Obviously this will not work for a signup process for my clients though. In the Blog Template settings, if I do not select “WordPress Settings, Current Theme, and Active Plugins to be copied it works fine. I know that it has something to do with the additional tables at the bottom:

wpqk_2_rg_form

wpqk_2_rg_form_meta

wpqk_2_rg_form_view

wpqk_2_rg_incomplete_submissions

wpqk_2_rg_lead

wpqk_2_rg_lead_detail

wpqk_2_rg_lead_detail_long

wpqk_2_rg_lead_meta

wpqk_2_rg_lead_notes

wpqk_2_statistics_exclusions

wpqk_2_statistics_historical

wpqk_2_statistics_pages

wpqk_2_statistics_search

wpqk_2_statistics_useronline

wpqk_2_statistics_visit

wpqk_2_statistics_visitor

(It looks like these are from gravity forms, leadin and WP Statistics)

I did NOT select to copy any of these additional tables over.
