I hope I have not gone against support rules, I am in desperate need of help. I have extended support access.
I have set up Pro Sites, I have tried to follow the instructions as much as I can. Everything seems fine. I have only one level. I currently don't allow signups and upgrade from the admin side only. I have set up https:// for my site.
When I upgrade a blog, all motions required for checking out are happening, but when I hit subscribe the blog is not upgraded and no funds are deducted from the credit card. It says my current plan is ending today(the day I have upgraded) even if I choose the annually plan.
Can you please help, I am not sure where things have gone wrong.
