There is a broken connection between hub and website, unable to update plugins.

WordPress Version 4.8.2
Plugins/theme involved:
WPMU DEV Dashboard 4.4
Snapshot Pro 3.1.2
WP Smush Pro 2.7.4
Defender 1.6.2

    Hello Paul,
    It's quite possible this is caused by some theme or plugin conflict since almost all the plugins page appearance are broken.


    Try install and activate one of the default WordPress theme(like twenty seventeen), and perform a plugin conflict test by deactivating all the other plugins to test the update from dashboard plugin.

    If the issue still not resolved, you can enable debugging on the site:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    and send the debug.log under wp-content folder from your site directory via our contact form with the following info and we'll further look into it.

    Subject: "Attn: Huberson Dorvilus"
    -WordPress admin username
    -WordPress admin password
    -login url
    -FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    -link back to this thread for reference
    -any other relevant urls
